Very Addictive Peanut Butter Chocolate Bites

Mix all ingredients (minus cereal and dark chocolate/chocolate chips) in a medium saucepan on medium heat for 2-5 minutes until fully combined. Add the mixture to a mixing bowl with the cornflake cereal and mix until combined, crunching up the cereal in the process. Press the mixture into whatever shape you desire (if the mixture is too dry, add a little more honey/maple syrup). Melt the dark chocolate/chocolate chips with the coconut oil on medium heat, mixing as it melts. Dip the shaped bites into the melted chocolate. Place them in the freezer for 15-30 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Store the finished bites in the fridge and enjoy!
