Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Christmas Trees (Reese's Recreation)

These are basically a recreation of the Reese’s trees. They are SO easy and SO yummy! Always a favorite with my family and friends. If you love pb and chocolate then you need to save and try these.
Blend together all ingredients (minus the chocolate and coconut oil) in a food processor or blender. Roll out the dough and cut into fun Christmas tree shapes. You can also roll them into balls for peanut butter balls! Melt chocolate and coconut oil on the stove or in the microwave. Coat the shapes with the melted chocolate and place them in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
