Snickers Overnight Oats

Oat Layer: Mix 1/2 cup oats, 1 scoop (optional) plant based protein, a big scoop of plant based yogurt, 1/4 cup milk of choice, a dash of maple syrup, a dash of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt all together. Place in the fridge overnight.

Date Caramel: Blend 4 pitted Medjool dates, 1/4 cup water, a dash of vanilla extract, and a spoonful of peanut butter in a blender or food processor. Add this layer on top of the overnight oats after they have sat overnight in the fridge.

Chocolate Layer: Melt dark chocolate/chocolate chips with a spoonful of coconut oil until smooth. Pour this mixture on top of the date caramel layer. Top with peanuts and flakey sea salt. Place in the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate hardens. Enjoy!
