✨pumpkin chocolate chip cookie dough bars✨

Add all ingredients (minus dark chocolate) to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Chop up 1/2 of a dark chocolate bar and mix into the cookie dough. Squish into a lined 8x8 brownie pan and place in the freezer. Chop up the rest of the dark chocolate and melt with the coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl (30 second increments, stirring in between). Pour the melted chocolate on top of cookie dough and place back in the freezer for 30 mins-1 hour (until desired texture is reached). Enjoy!
