Easter is one week from tomorrow, which means you need to run to the kitchen and make these!! This recipe is one of my favorites too bring back and change the shape with each holiday (or just make them into balls whenever;) SO easy, so fun, so good. Instructions

1. Blend together all ingredients (minus the chocolate chips/bar and coconut oil for melting) in a food processor or blender until a dough forms. 
2. Shape the dough into egg shapes. 
3. Melt the chocolate chips/bar and coconut oil together on the stove or in the microwave until smooth. 
4. Coat the shaped peanut butter eggs with the melted chocolate. 
5. Place the coated eggs in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour to set. 
6. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
