Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix together dry ingredients and set aside. Mix wet ingredients together in a separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to the wet and mix until dough forms. Refrigerate dough for at least one hour (or overnight). Roll out dough and cut into cookie shapes! Bake for 10 minutes. For the icing, mix one cup of powdered sugar with 1-2 tbsp plant milk together with a fork until icing forms. Ice cookies and ENJOY!
