Instructions

Blend together all ingredients (minus the chocolate and coconut oil) in a food processor or blender until a dough forms. Roll out the dough and cut into fun Christmas tree shapes. You can also roll them into balls for peanut butter balls! Melt chocolate and coconut oil using the double boiler method on the stove or in the microwave. Coat the peanut butter shapes with the melted chocolate and place in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
