✨double chocolate crispy rice bars✨

For the bars: Mix all ingredients (cacao brown rice cereal, maple syrup, creamy almond butter, pinch of salt, dash of vanilla extract) together in a large bowl. Press the mixture into an 8x8 pan and stick it in the freezer while you melt the topping. For the topping: Melt 1 cup of vegan chocolate chips (or 1.5 dark chocolate bars) and 1 tsp coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second increments until smooth, stirring in between. Pour the melted chocolate on top of the bars. Add the 1/4 cup plant based yogurt and swirl in (optional). Stick the pan back in the freezer until the chocolate hardens. Enjoy.
