Double Chocolate Banana Bread with Cherry Cashew Frosting

Banana Bread:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix together dry ingredients (oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt) in a large bowl.
3. Add in the wet ingredients (mashed banana, pure maple syrup, unsweetened applesauce, plant milk, chocolate bar/chips) and mix until dough forms.
4. Pour into a loaf pan and bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes.

Cherry Cashew Butter Frosting:

1. Mix together cashew butter, maple syrup, almond extract, and beet powder.
2. Add to the banana bread just before serving. Note: This amount is for one large slice; multiply as needed for more.
