One of my forever faves (I promise you can’t taste the chickpeas;). The texture is spot on to cookie dough and the little crunchy layer of chocolate + added pumpkin flavors just takes them to the next level🍂 These are a stapleeee treat for me and I’m loving the added fall spices!

What you need

oat flour

1 cup oat flour

maple syrup

½ cup maple syrup

salt

¼ tsp salt

pumpkin pie spice

½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

dark chocolate chips

1 cup dark chocolate chips

pumpkin puree

¼ cup pumpkin puree

vanilla extract

3 tsp vanilla extract

coconut oil

1 tsp coconut oil

cinnamon

almond butter

4 tbsp almond butter

chickpea

Shop ingredients

Instructions

Blend all ingredients together in food processor or blender (minus dark chocolate pieces).

Mix in the dark chocolate pieces or chocolate chips.

Roll into balls.

Melt a dark chocolate bar or chocolate chips with a spoonful coconut oil.

Dip the cookie dough balls into chocolate and place in the freezer until hard (about 20-30 mins).
