Chocolate Raspberry Brownie Bites

First, for the jam layer: heat up the frozen raspberries, chia seeds, and 3 tbsp maple syrup on the stove on medium heat for 10-15 minutes until thickened. Let it cool completely.

For the brownie layer: mix together the cacao powder, oat flour, 1/3 cup maple syrup, creamy nut butter, milk of choice, and vanilla extract until well combined. Form the brownie mixture into bite-sized shapes and place them on a lined cookie sheet. Create an indent in the middle of each brownie bite and place the cooled jam inside. Freeze the bites for 1-3 hours.

For the chocolate coating: melt the dark chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate) with a spoonful of coconut oil until smooth. Coat the frozen bites in the melted chocolate. Place them back in the freezer for 30 minutes to set the chocolate. Store the finished bites in the fridge and enjoy!
