Instructions

Mash together the raspberries, chia seeds, and the maple syrup/honey until well combined. Put into a mini muffin pan, OR just separate into bite sized pieces on a tray. Freeze for 30 mins-an hour until hard. Melt the chocolate + coconut oil until smooth. Coat the bites in the chocolate and freeze for another 30 mins- hour until the chocolate hardens. Store in the freezer and enjoy!
