Blueberry Matcha Latte

Add matcha to a bowl with about 4 oz hot water and whisk until bubbles form. Add some honey to the bottom of a mason jar and add in the hot matcha and shake it up. Add a couple of ice cubes and shake again. Add about 2 oz milk of choice (whole milk or cream work best) with the juice of warmed up blueberries in a separate jar/cup. I put about 1/4 cup blueberries in the microwave for about 40 seconds to warm them up, then press the juice out. Use a milk frother to froth. Add the rest of the ice to the matcha in the mason jar, then add a splash of milk and the blueberry foam. Enjoy!
