Blueberry Latte with Blueberry Foam

1. Add 2 cups blueberries with 1/2 cup coconut sugar (or regular sugar) to a saucepan. Cook on medium heat until the juices cook out and mash with a fork to create a syrup.
2. Strain the blueberry syrup into a container.
3. To a separate cup, add a couple tablespoons of whole milk, cream, or creamer of choice. Add a dash of the blueberry syrup and froth together to create blueberry foam.
4. Pull 2 shots of espresso.
5. Assemble the latte: add ice to a cup, pour in some blueberry syrup (to your desired sweetness), add your milk of choice, then the espresso, and finally top with the blueberry foam.
