Air Fryer Black Bean Taquitos

In a large pan, sauté half of a diced large onion and some minced garlic on high heat. Add in 2 cans of undrained black beans and 1 can of diced tomatoes with chilis. Season with garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and cumin to taste. Cook on high for 10-15 minutes, then reduce heat to low. Continue cooking until most of the liquid has cooked out, then turn off the heat. Steam some corn tortillas. Add a spoonful of the black bean filling inside each tortilla and roll them up. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for about 15 minutes, or bake at 450°F (230°C) for 20-25 minutes until crunchy. Enjoy!
