Instructions

Put the dates in a blender or food processor. Pulse until they are chopped up. Add in the oats and peanut butter and blend until smooth. Roll into balls and place in the freezer for 30 mins-one hour. Microwave the chocolate and coconut oil until melted. I do it in 30 second increments and stir in between. Dip the balls into the chocolate (add some fun sprinkles!) and place in the freezer to harden! ENJOY!
